An sad day in aviation,this day marked the end of an era. After 40 years of sterling services to the Crown the MRCA GR4 Tornado will be retired, she saw combat service till the end. The station commander told all spotters that they will continue flying till March 14th and continue theyr training until this very last flight. All tonka squadrons are ready to deploy if called upon. On March 14 after the last shutdown it will be truly over and the tonka will be replaced by the brick (F35), and remaining airframes will be broken up. enjoy the pictures
